https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/847

This article examines the psychological underpinnings of formative assessment as a tool for cultivating reflective thinking among students. Reflective thinking, widely acknowledged in contemporary educational psychology, constitutes a higher-order cognitive process that enables learners to evaluate, regulate, and transform their own learning experiences. Formative assessment, as an ongoing and dynamic evaluative approach, provides immediate feedback, encourages self-monitoring, and stimulates critical analysis of learning strategies. Drawing upon theories of metacognition, self-regulation, and motivation, this study elucidates the mechanisms through which formative assessment fosters reflective capacities.
Sobitjon Khalimov Hoshimjonovich

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/854

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of female characters in Leo Tolstoy’s War and Peace through moral, psychological, and philosophical lenses. Tolstoy’s heroines—Natasha Rostova, Princess Maria Bolkonskaya, and Hélène Kuragin—embody distinct manifestations of womanhood that reveal the author’s moral idealism and spiritual anthropology. By integrating ethical realism with deep psychological observation, Tolstoy transforms female experience into a metaphysical exploration of conscience, faith, and redemption. The study applies hermeneutic, narratological, and psychoanalytic approaches to trace the dialectic of freedom and morality in the female consciousness. It argues that women in War and Peace function as moral and spiritual centers, contrasting the chaos of war and the vanity of aristocratic society. Their inner lives illuminate Tolstoy’s vision of moral beauty as the foundation of true freedom and human harmony.
Rakhmatullaeva Komila Normamat kizi

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/852

The rapid growth of Uzbekistan’s tourism sector over the past decade has been closely linked to the state-led digitalization of public and business services. Digital tools have simplified entry procedures, expanded the international visibility of the national tourism product and helped local tour operators access external markets at lower transaction costs. In 2024 Uzbekistan welcomed about 10.2 million foreign visitors and earned roughly 3.5 billion USD from tourism, and in the first nine months of 2025 export of tourism services had already surpassed 3.6 billion USD, showing that technology-backed reforms are being converted into hard currency inflows. The article examines the key digital solutions introduced in Uzbekistan—national tourism portal, electronic visa, online promotion and booking systems—and evaluates their contribution to the growth of export-oriented tourism services. The study argues that the combination of administrative digitalization and market-driven online platforms created an integrated digital environment that reduced barriers for foreign tourists and increased the country’s attractiveness for high-spending segments. Remaining constraints are related to interoperability of systems, staff skills and multilingual digital content.
Shakhriddinova Sitora

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/877

The digital proliferation of audio media has rekindled interest in the influence of voice, sound, and other paralinguistic elements on audience trust. This article analyzes paralinguistic strategies in podcasts and radio broadcasts, focusing on their function in establishing credibility, intimacy, and authenticity within media discourse. The study, which looked at a few episodes of conversational podcasts and talk radio shows, found patterns in how intonation, tempo, pauses, laughter, breathing, and sound design are used over and over again. The results indicate that podcasts typically utilize informal, "imperfect" vocal performances and loosely organized soundscapes to convey authenticity and intimacy, whereas radio broadcasters emphasize regulated voice quality, precise intonation, and meticulously designed acoustic environments to convey professionalism and institutional credibility. In both formats, audience trust manifests not merely as a cognitive assessment but as a relational consequence of multimodal interaction, wherein verbal assertions are perpetually supported or challenged by paralinguistic signals. The piece contends that methodical focus on paralinguistics is vital for educating media practitioners and for fostering critical media literacy in an increasingly audio-oriented public domain.
Asqaraliyeva Xayotxon

2025-11-212025-11-21148151INTERTEXTUALITY IN POSTMODERN NOVELLAS: THE DECONSTRUCTION OF TRADITIONAL PLOTS
https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/850

This article investigates how intertextuality functions as a principal engine of deconstruction in postmodern novellas, reorganizing inherited plots into reflexive, multi-voiced architectures. Drawing on the theories of Kristeva, Barthes, Genette, Bakhtin, Hutcheon, Eco, and McHale, the study argues that postmodern novella writing treats canonical narratives not as stable templates to be adapted but as textual ecosystems to be sampled, reframed, and contested. Methodologically, the article synthesizes narratological modeling with close reading of emblematic postmodern short fiction and novella forms, tracking how quotation, pastiche, parody, palimpsest, and metafictional frames redistribute causality, agency, and closure. The results show that intertextuality shifts the novella’s center of gravity from linear plotting to dialogic patterning: the plot becomes a site of negotiations between prior texts and present voices, while readers are interpellated as co-authors who must decode signals across genres and traditions. The conclusion proposes that such intertextual design does not abolish plot but relocates it into a field of competing scripts whose tensions generate meaning, offering productive pathways for pedagogy, translation, and comparative study.
Botirova Shaxlo Isamiddinovna

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/868

Abdurakhmon Jomi and Alisher Navoi are creators who created unique and unique artistic images in their works. In their works, all the characters, from the main characters to the episodic characters, have individual characters and characteristics, which make a strong aesthetic impression on the reader. Such images encourage the reader to read the work again and again. It is known that the traditions of creating images in classical literature are characterized by repetition in certain circles. However, this repetition is not manifested in direct copying, but in the interpretation of existing images in a new way each time. Traditional artistic images are enriched with new meaning, aesthetic load and ideological interpretation within each period, author and work. This is especially clearly observed in the work of Abdurakhmon Jomi and Alisher Navoi. The article presents a comparative analysis of the image of Layla in the epics of Abdurakhmon Jomi and Alisher Navoi “Layla and Majnun”. Episodic images play an important role in revealing the character and inner experiences of the main characters. In particular, the role of episodic images such as Layla’s mother, nanny, and Layla’s friends in fully expressing the image of Layla is compared. The role of these images in revealing the atmosphere of that period is analyzed.
Aziza Mavlonjonovna AVEZOVA

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/840

This article outlines the theoretical foundations of syntactic stylistics through a comparative perspective on English and Russian. Building on functional, structural, and communicative approaches, it defines syntactic stylistic devices as patterned departures from neutral sentence organization that produce pragmatic and aesthetic effects. The argument foregrounds the interaction between grammatical constraints and stylistic freedom: English, with relatively fixed word order and a strong role for intonational phrasing, tends to exploit parallelism, coordination, and syntactic compression for emphasis; Russian, with higher word-order mobility and a rich inventory of detachment and parcellation, leverages syntactic variation to encode information structure, emotion, and viewpoint. The paper integrates insights from classical Russian stylistics, Western stylistic linguistics, and Prague School functionalism, and proposes a unified functional-semantic model linking device form, discourse function, and stylistic effect across genres. The discussion illustrates how inversion, repetition, anaphora, chiasmus, detachment, and ellipsis operate differently in the two languages because of typological contrasts and genre conventions. The conclusion highlights implications for translation studies, corpus-based analysis, and pedagogy.
Lyatipova Sabriye

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/875

English language training increasingly emphasises intercultural communicative competency (ICC) in the age of globalisation and mobility. Theoretical frameworks by Michael Byram, Darla Deardorff, and Alvino Fantini have had the most impact on language education. This essay compares these three frameworks' cultural conceptualisation and potential to inform ELT culture integration. The research is based on critical analysis of each scholar's foundational publications and modern literature linking ICC to classroom practice. Byram's program promotes critical cultural awareness and good citizenship in other cultures through foreign language instruction. Research-based process and pyramid models by Deardorff view intercultural competence as a continual developmental cycle impacted by attitudes, internal results, and external behaviours. Fantini promotes language proficiency and outlines assessment-measurable categories and aspects of intercultural competence. The comparison shows parallels and contrasts in attitudes, knowledge, abilities, reflection, scope, organisation, and pedagogy. The paper concludes with suggestions for English language teachers who want to integrate all three frameworks to construct courses, activities, and examinations that incorporate culture.
Sodiqova Iroda

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/845

This article examines how historical storytelling functions as a pedagogical mechanism for cultivating students’ imagination skills in history education. Drawing on cognitive, hermeneutic, and disciplinary perspectives, the paper argues that narrative does more than embellish factual content; it organizes temporal understanding, enriches perspective-taking, and enables plausible reconstruction of the past under evidential constraints. The study synthesizes theoretical contributions by Vygotsky, Bruner, and Ricoeur with history-education research on sourcing, contextualization, and corroboration. It proposes that imagination in history should be conceptualized as disciplined and evidentially guided rather than as free fantasy, and that narrative tasks—oral, written, and digital—create the conditions for recombining prior knowledge with new sources to compose coherent, ethically aware accounts. The results highlight the interplay between narrative form and historical thinking: as learners experiment with focalization, chronology, and voice, they internalize habits of inquiry that connect micro-level human intentions to macro-structural change. Implications include designing assessments that evaluate coherence, evidence use, and empathy-with-distance, and integrating digital storytelling tools to expand representational possibilities while maintaining rigorous citation practices.
Xakimov Tulanboy

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/843

Simultaneous interpreting imposes extreme real-time demands on perception, memory, and speech planning. When source speech carries non-native accents, additional variability in segmental and prosodic patterns can depress intelligibility and force interpreters to allocate scarce cognitive resources to decoding rather than message reformulation. This article examines how working memory and phonological processing jointly determine accuracy under accented input. Drawing on research in cognitive psychology, bilingual speech perception, and interpreting studies, it argues that the central executive and phonological loop support rapid encoding, maintenance, and transformation of accented utterances, while phonological categorization and lexical access mechanisms modulate the cost of accent adaptation. An integrative analysis of experimental and quasi-experimental findings indicates that higher working-memory capacity and efficient sublexical processing predict fewer omissions and semantic distortions, especially when accents diverge in phonotactics, vowel space, or prosodic rhythm from listeners’ entrenched norms. Targeted training that combines high-variability accent exposure, form-focused listening, and paced shadowing appears to improve accuracy by stabilizing phonological mappings and freeing capacity for macro-propositional planning. The article concludes with implications for curriculum design and assessment in interpreter education.
Muydinov Jamshidbek

https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/849

This article examines how structured school-based practice can improve the professional and methodological readiness of future biology teachers. Drawing on the theoretical foundations of pedagogical content knowledge, experiential and situated learning, and practice-based teacher education, the study proposes and analyzes a design-based methodology that integrates mentored lesson design, inquiry-rich classroom enactment, iterative reflection, and evidence-informed feedback. The methodology was developed over three iterative cycles with cohorts of pre-service biology teachers during their practicum. Multiple data sources were used for formative evaluation, including lesson plans, classroom video excerpts, mentor observation rubrics, reflective journals, and assessment artifacts such as student work and item analyses. The analysis focused on five readiness dimensions central to biology teaching: planning for conceptual change and inquiry, enacting investigations and fieldwork with attention to safety and ethics, formative assessment for learning, classroom discourse and explanation, and reflective decision-making informed by learner evidence. Results indicate consistent growth in the specificity and coherence of lesson plans, more accurate alignment of learning objectives with assessment tasks, richer use of scientific practices, and an increased capacity to anticipate and address common biological misconceptions. Mentoring quality and school resource constraints emerged as pivotal contextual factors, and the integration of digital tools contributed to better feedback loops when those tools were purposefully aligned to pedagogical goals. The article concludes that school-based practice, when framed as an iterative, mentored, evidence-seeking process rather than a single placement, substantially strengthens professional-methodological readiness and offers a replicable model for biology teacher education programs. Implications for program design include strengthening university–school partnerships, codifying observation and feedback protocols grounded in disciplinary practices, and building assessment literacy that links classroom evidence to instructional adjustments.
Aliyeva Mavjudaxon

2025-10-292025-10-29813STAGES OF PREPARING MANAGERS FOR DIGITAL MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
https://nextscientists.com/index.php/science-conf/article/view/856

The transition of public and private organizations to platform-based, data-driven and automated business processes has generated a new requirement for management personnel: the ability to plan, organize and control activities in a digital environment. Traditional management training models, which focused mainly on administrative, legal and financial competencies, are no longer sufficient to ensure effective leadership in conditions of rapid technological change. This article substantiates a stage-by-stage model for preparing managers for digital management activities and reveals the logic of moving from motivational readiness to sustainable reflective development. The proposed model includes four interrelated stages: the motivational-value stage, which forms the manager’s positive attitude to digital transformation; the cognitive-instrumental stage, which equips the manager with knowledge of digital technologies, standards and regulatory frameworks; the operational-practical stage, which develops the ability to manage digital projects, data and human resources in hybrid teams; and the reflective-developmental stage, which ensures continuous professional growth, monitoring of digital maturity and adaptation to new technological waves. The article is based on the analysis of international and national regulatory acts on digitalization, scientific literature on change management and competence-based approaches, as well as on the extrapolation of best practices from corporate training systems. The result is a holistic pedagogical and organizational scheme that can be used in MBA programs, in-service training centers, sectoral academies and corporate universities.
Azamova Malohat NadjimovnaKarimova Mahbuba Muzaffarovna
