THE METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING THE WORLDVIEW OF YOUTH IN NEW UZBEKISTAN BASED ON NATIONAL AND UNIVERSAL VALUES

This article analyzes the development of youth worldview in the new Uzbekistan based on the mutual compatibility of national and universal values. Within the scope of the article, contemporary sociophilosophical approaches, particularly Ronald Inglehart's postmodern value theory and Anthony Giddens' theory of structuration, are analyzed. Based on these theories, the methodological foundations for the harmonious development of identity and global thinking in youth consciousness are substantiated. Additionally, the article highlights effective ways to integrate national and universal values in youth education, drawing from Uzbekistan's spiritual and educational policies, the activities of social institutions, and the results of sociological research. The article aims to define strategic approaches to preserving national identity and forming global citizenship.
