Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical dimensions of Arabic terminology development, with particular emphasis on the influence of language policy and institutional frameworks. It explores how term formation, semantic adaptation, and standardization processes are shaped in modern Arabic. The study highlights that effective language planning and institutional support play a crucial role in ensuring terminological consistency and development across scientific, administrative, and diplomatic domains.
