Abstract

The contemporary landscape of vocational education increasingly necessitates the integration of digital technologies to optimize the management of educational and upbringing activities. This article explores the effectiveness of digital platforms in enhancing the pedagogical, administrative, and developmental dimensions of vocational learning environments. By synthesizing empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and practical applications, the research highlights how digital tools facilitate real-time monitoring, personalized feedback, interactive communication, and evidence-based decision-making in the upbringing process. The study underscores that the deployment of digital platforms not only streamlines administrative workflows but also contributes to the holistic development of learners by supporting socio-emotional, cognitive, and professional competencies. Furthermore, the research identifies the key factors influencing the efficiency of these platforms, including technological accessibility, staff digital literacy, and institutional support mechanisms.
